Recently relocated from Tokyo to Hokkaido, high school student Tsubasa Shiki ventures out to explore the stunning winter scenery of Japan’s northernmost prefecture. However, his romanticized expectations quickly fade as he encounters the biting cold and harsh environment. Lost and overwhelmed, Tsubasa encounters Minami Fuyuki, a cheerful local girl sporting a short skirt despite the freezing weather. Through their chance meeting, Tsubasa discovers that Hokkaido has more surprises in store than just its icy climate.

To Tsubasa’s surprise, Fuyuki turns out to be a fellow classmate, seated right beside him. Drawn in by Fuyuki’s outgoing nature and persistent efforts to befriend him, Tsubasa finds himself captivated by both the charms of Hokkaido life and the alluring girl by his side. As their bond deepens and Tsubasa becomes acquainted with other stylish girls from their school, he realizes that the girls of Hokkaido are not only fashionable but also irresistibly endearing.
